I love that awesome entry!! Walking is the best thing for losing weight. I used to walk 3-4 miles every day, then I decided to push myself and walk 6- EVERY day- and you would not believe the difference it made. Now I'm a big lardass again trying to work my way back up there, but it is nice knowing what produces what effect. you go beotch!! Tell Fu I say hi. Future non-lardasses of the world unite!!

Yay, good luck! It's great that you're not bogged down with illness anymore. And don't stress about the weight loss thing - I hear it takes 6 weeks for visible results to show, and you should be gaining weight as you get thinner, because of muscle. So don't despair!

I will confess, I did vote for ole George. However, appearance is such a large part of the Presidency. when I heard he was going on this ultra extended vacation, it made me sick with nausea. Shit, I get bored after four days on vacation. What the hell? How many fish can you caught before it becomes obscene. He needs to be at work; if not the actual progress that may occur, but for the sake of appearance and decency.
